ZOE developed the home textile social media marketing through informative videos, product posters and storytelling content for both B2C and B2B audiences. A key campaign introduced Albania’s first breathable baby mattress through a three-month micro-influencer strategy, combining education, demonstrations and authentic creator experiences.

The launch generated hundreds of direct messages and saves, followed by the product’s first sales shortly after release. Alongside campaign content, the wider communication highlights everyday home products and tailored hospitality solutions, giving Veseli F a more structured digital identity and a clearer way to speak to different customer needs.
